About Red River

Red River Oil & Gas, LLC's corporate office is located in Shreveport, Louisiana, the heart of the Ark-la-Tex oil and gas exploration and production trends. Red River has satellite offices in Houston, Texas and Jackson, Mississippi to serve our clients needs outside the Ark-la-Tex.  Red River was founded in 2005 for the purpose of providing contract land services to oil and gas exploration and production companies operating throughout Louisiana, Texas, Arkansas, Mississippi, Alabama, Oklahoma, and the Appalachian Basin.

Red River Oil & Gas, LLC has a number of various clients ranging from large publicly traded companies to small independently owned operators.  Red River has formed mutually beneficial relationships with many leading exploration companies in our areas of concentration.  Our core services include oil and gas lease acquisition, right of way acquisition, lease take-off and mapping, preparation of abstracts for certified drilling opinions, due diligence, title curative, settlement of surface damages, seismic permit acquisition, farm-out negotiations and acquisition/divestiture projects.
